More Information on Profiles

We use a system of profiles in order to speed up registrations and make managing your services easier. A profile is simply a username and password associated with all your services grouped together.

When registering or transferring domains or purchasing other services from Novara, instead of typing all the same information repeatedly you can use the profile of an existing account as template for the new purchase. The domain information (Administrative contact, Billing Contact, Technical Contact, and nameservers) for the two domains will be exactly the same.

When you are confirming your order you have the option of changing the Administrative contact, Billing Contact, Technical Contact for that individual purchase. These details will be saved for that purchase only.

If you want to change the details associated with your profile permanently (i.e. you move premises) so that all future purchases reflect these new details this can be done by logging into the Novara Customer Management system and selecting the "Edit Master Profile" tab.
